Initial Screening Interview
A 30 minute video call with a talent acquisition team member. This step verifies key qualifications and provides you with an overview of the company and role.
Job Fit Interview
Conducted by the hiring manager, this 1 hour comprehensive video interview includes behavioral questions using the STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) format and in-depth, role-specific questions.
Cultural Fit Assessment
An interview aimed at understanding if you are aligned with Inato's culture and team dynamics. We believe this approach helps create a mutually beneficial match between candidates and Inato. Question topics are based on our operating principles.
Technical or Skill-Specific Assessment
For roles requiring technical expertise, this step may involve a coding test, or portfolio review. For non-technical roles, it could involve a project or presentation.
CEO Interview
A concluding interview conducted by our CEO to confirm strategic fit and address any remaining questions.
Reference Check
We ask for references in order to gain a deeper understanding of your work style, strengths, and how you collaborate with others. By using these insights, we can ensure that we are setting you up for success and making a thoughtful, informed decision.
